Stephanie and Thierry are passionate about gastronomy and French savoir vivre. They have an eye for detail and customer service.
Smiling, discreet and very professional their mission is to create magical experiences with their culinary creativity.
Thierry is a generous but refined chef. He has won French Barbecue Champion multiple times. Always using local produce (some from the Chateau kitchen garden) he will work with you to choose and create the perfect menu from canapés through to deserts.
Stephanie is experienced in managing hotels and restaurants. Always sensitive to the well being of her customers, she will welcome and guide you during your stay on choices of activities and discoveries around the Chateau.
